How do I automatically copy all files from and external HD?

My question is how do I copy all files from an external USB hard drive automatically everytime it's connected:confused:




I have two macs one with Tiger and one with leopard answer can be for either OS
 
I tried but couldn't :(

I hope I can just click duplicate and it'll make a copy in finder
