Gonna be getting a replacement iPhone 4 tomorrow and I want my camera roll photos and video to be saved.

B boxstboy macrumors member Jul 25, 2009 76 0 Jul 23, 2010 #3 You can copy them over just a flash drive in Explorer. Personally, I prefer this method since I hate/don't trust iTunes.
