HOW do I batch convert MOV to MPEG2 (or other)

I just finished shooting a promo video in HD and it would be great to keep it as stock footage except that its taking up a ridiculous amount of HDD space. So I want to batch convert it.

i have:
iMovie
Final Cut Express
Toast 8.0.1
Handbrake

can I use any of these?

and of course the best quality ratio would be great

You might also try MPEGStreamClip. It's free, and can do batch conversion to multiple formats depending on what you feed it.
