how do i benchmark my mba?

i suspect there might be something hogging the resources of my mac as sometimes i noticed some lag. what programs can I use to benchmark my mac and make sure it's up to standard?

Before you use some benchmarking software open Activity monitor, sort by All Processor and then by CPU.

Anything using a lot?



After that take a look at the memory tab on Activity monitor and post a screenshot.
