I read through the Toast Help section, and I understand everything from "Be sure you have recorded the first session, containing the audio portion, on the CD" to "Chose Enhanced Music CD from the pop-up menu that appears". But I'm lost when Toast goes into step 4:

"Drag the Enhanced CD volume to the Enhanced Music CD window.
You should have used your authoring system to create the file from one of these sources or structures:
• A previously created CD EXTRA directory hierarchy
• A QuickTime Audio Containable (QuAC) file"

How do I create a QuAC from scratch? I want to use as little UNIX as possible, if any Terminal cmmands are required. I know how root user works, in case I need to go there. I don't understand how Toast Help explains the process, so vivid, explicit, and accurate detail would be much appreciated. :)
