This has happened a few times in the past but I have burned an AudioBook that I've purchased in iTunes and one of the CDs is messed up (#5 out of 7). how can I just burn that one CD without wasting time and CDs by burning all of them?

I could probably do it by setting the start and stop times of the audiobook to only include the section I'm missing but I'm looking for something a little less messy.

Thanks!

can you create a playlist with just that part of the audiobook in it? Then you can burn the playlist and only get the 1 that is messed up.

Playlist not a solution

Creating a playlist is the only way to burn a CD in iTunes but this audiobook is one 7 hour and 17 minute file.

any other suggestion?

The audiobook in question is 1 file so creating multiple playlists won't work.
Just to be clear, this one file creates multiple CDs and when one CD in the bunch screws up I have to start over instead of telling iTunes that I need to burn CD #5 in the series.

Any help?
