How do I burn sfv files to disk ??

On windows, how do I get a load of files with the ext :

e03.ws.pdtv.xvid-river.rar

e03.ws.pdtv.xvid-river.sfv

e03.ws.pdtv.xvid-river.r45

onto a disk to watch on a dvd player (which also plays vcds) ??
