How do I capture flash videos and download to iTunes?

Grrr!

I think I had a program that I paid for that did this... but I lost the link.

I want to capture flash movies on websites (not just YouTube videos) and download them and automatically convert them to iPhone 3G use via iTunes.

Can you point me in the right direction?

get firefox from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
and download the addon called videodownloadhelper from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006. It will do everything you need from downloading from pretty much any website to converting it to most popular formats including avi and ipod.
