How do I change default picture viewer?

Ok so my default pic viewer is Xee, but once I edit a pic in Photoshop, it gets opened in Photoshop. This may be a PS question but I'm not sure. I want all my pics I edited with PS to be opened with Xee, what do I do?

Find a picture, right-click, Get Info, Open With > Xee, Change All

You can also go to Xee > Preferences > Formats and check what types you want to open with Xee.

This is helpful, but it only works for that particular picture. Let's say I edit a pic in PS right now, if I open it, it will open in PS unless I change it to "Always open w/Xee".

Is there any way to make Xee the default pic viewer for ALL pics, past, present and future?
