How do I change document order in Spotlight?

I have two documents of the same type on my hard drive with similar names. One I use on a fairly regular basis. The other one not so much.

Spotlight, however, always places the rarely used document in the "Top Hit" position.

Short of drastically changing one of the document's names, is there some way to get Spotlight to put the more frequently used document in the "Top Hit" slot?

Go to Spotlight in System Preferences, and change it there.

Maybe create a smart folder in the Finder?

Or seach for some Apps out there.
