iPod touch How do I change my 3rd generation to 4.3.3???

I just bought a iPod touch 3rd generation. It has the 4.2.1 software and I need to upgrade to the 4.3.3 because it will not allow me to download games?? can anyone help

Why not just update the iPod 3G to 5.1.1. Apple stopped updating the iPod Touch 3G at 5.1.1. Once updated to 5.1.1 you can use Redsn0w to jailbreak untethered.

And 5.1.1 still runs decently on the 3g, AND ios 5.1.1 is a very stable jailbreak
