How Do I Change my AT&T Billing Address

I want to preorder to my work location but I know that I have to change the AT&T billing adress (and credit card), but for the life of me I cannot find how to do this on the AT&T Web site. Can anyone direct me there?

BRW - I do not want to call because I'd rather control it myself.

I think Apple.com only cares if you credit card billing address matches your shipping address.

It's an option under billing, I did the same today
