How do I change my delivery address?

If your not planning on being home, you could leave a note on your door to have them deliver it to a trusted neighbor.

I would first call UPS, as Apple have no control now. But as said above you could post a note to leave it with trusted neighbor.

That is how you change after their first delivery attempt. You cannot change before their first delivery attempt.
