How do I change my FAN Account to a new job?

I have a new job that gives a better discount than my previous one. I am just wondering how I change my FAN account to the new job.

Also, would it mess up my pre-order status with AT&T since I ordered the iPhone 4 with my old FAN account?

Just resubmit your new e-mail address on the eligibility page. I'm pretty sure that's what I did. I switched mine even though I didn't want to. I was just trying to determine how much the discount was. Unfortunately it was lower.

I haven't worked for Home Depot since 2007, yet I still get a 22% discount every month on my voice plan (not data).

nope, I was using my Virginia Tech e-mail, where I went to college, for the longest time after I graduated. It's just my new job has a better discount, so I want to use it.
