You can add additional email addresses to your Apple ID via the website if you like. When it's verified then you can change which email address to use for your Apple ID (without changing the Apple ID itself).

As far as another icloud email address though, I'm not sure how you'd get another one.

You can add an alias with the iCloud.com Mail, but you can't change the actual email address once it's created
