I changed it to the black colouring ages ago, it’s annoying me now and i want to change it back to the default colours, can someone help a dumb ass out please?

Playlists and whatnot are contained in the iTunes folder, not the app. Just move the app to the trash and re-install. You won't lose your prefs or playlists.

Thanks a lot. I’m a tard with this stuff

I installed Lion and the new Itunes update today. This is what my Itunes looks like now :/

I desperately want it to go back to the default and did try and delete Itunes but it wouldn’t let me.

HELP!!

I am having the same issue as well. I can't seem to figure this out. I even tried upgrading to the iTunes 10.5 beta but still nothing. Any advice would be great.

So I was able to fix this. Reinstalling didnt work. The solution though was pretty easy. In the app macpilot there is an option to make iTunes "Hi contrast" I had uninstalled the program, but I just installed it back on my mac and unchecked the box and everything was back to normal.
