how do I change safari's rss update frequency?

I want RSS to check my gmail more often than just 30 minutes, preferably 10-15 minutes. I googled and I found some terminal command lines to change the frequency, but with tiger. I tried it anyways and they didn't work.

does anyone know the new command lines?
