How do I change the Big Sur grab utility sound?

The Catalina and Mojave grab utility played grab.aif, but Big Sur plays something else. I know that grab.aif is still a part of Big Sur, but how do I change the grab utility sound back to grab.aif? I guess it's now called the screenshot app. Same deal with the "empty trash" crumpling paper sound.
