iPod touch How do I change the clock?

It's set to Pacific time (Cupertino???) and I need it to be Eastern time.

I have NY in the World clock list, but do not know how to make it my default location for the clock.

Oh I just figured it out....nevermind. Took me 30 minutes, they shouold make it easier to figure out.
