How do I change the color of the menu bar?

I would like to change the color of the status bar from the ugly light green color that I have right now, to whatever ML had. Is it possible?

if its an ugly green color its because its transparent showing whats behind it. click on apple icon then preferences then click desktop and screensaver. at the bottom of the dialog unclick translucent menu bar
