I have late 2009 mac pro running Mavericks. It has a dedicated ssd for boot drive/applications and a separate ssd for home folder. I want to clean install Yosemite on the boot ssd. Do I need to do anything with the ssd containing the home folder? I guess I'm concerned about having a Yosemite boot drive pointing to a home folder that was created under Mavericks. Is this a valid concern or non-issue?
