how do I clear my pass installs

hello how do I clear my pass installs in Mac OS Ventura on Mac OS 13.3? or can you ?

I don't believe you can easily clear the list of past installations. Obviously, Erase all Content and Settings would restore the machine to factory fresh, and thus clear the list. But then you'd have to restore your apps and data.
