How do I completely move my iTunes to a new PC?

(All Windows 7 if that matters).

On my current laptop I messed something up with the registry so Windows will no start. But I have another partition I installed Windows on so I can access all my files from the other Windows.

Coincidentally I am getting my replacement for this laptop because of other unrelated problems.

I want to transfer iTunes, all my music library, playlists, iPhone backups etc.. Please help
