How do I configure Microsoft Outlook to check IMAP-mail instantly, like Apple Mail?

Hi,

How do I configure or get Microsoft Outlook for Mac to check and receive the IMAP-e-mails as instantly as Apple Mail does?

I tested it here now, and Apple Mail INSTANTLY receives the e-mail. While Outlook takes a bit longer... Up to 1 min or something.

And even after pressing "Send/Receive".

Possible to get it as fast as Apple Mail?
