How do I connect a Windows 8 PC to my shared internet ?

I want to share my Ethernet connection so a Window 8 user can connect to it. Only that the silly Windows makes problem when I put a password on the Shared Internet. I really dont know how to or where to insert the password when using Windows, that system does not ask for it, only displays the error.


EDIT: I believe windows 8 no longer connects to WEP because security. However if I leave my shared internet open I want to supervise all the PCs connected to it, and I dont know how I do that ?
