How do I connect a windows desktop to HandyLight?

I had done this a while back, but by luck, and don't remember the process, thanks.

All that 13.37 stuff doesn't work as smoothly on the windows stuff

pretty sure Handy light is no longer supported or updated. the forum also frowns on thread bumping. At least thread bumping in a couple hours.. I haven't heard handy light mentioned in forever.

I'm more interested in the windows OS/router/desktop side of things.

Handylight is simply an app that gets turned on and activated, no support or updating necessary.

From what I recall handylight is just a hidden tethering app. If you are talking about how to activate it here's a link I googled.
