How Do I Connect an Aluminum Macbook to a non-HD TV?

That depends what inputs the TV has.
If it has DVI, use Apple's Mini DisplayPort to DVI adapter.
It doesn't seem that Apple makes a Mini DisplayPort to S-Video or composite adapter (more shortsightedness), so if it has one of those interfaces, use the DVI adapter with the Apple DVI to video adapter or something similar. There's no need to go Apple-branded on this one if you find a cheaper adapter elsewhere.
