How do I contact apple customer support (chat or email) (bumper related)

Hi, how do I contact Apple UK customer support? I can't find a email or a chat anywhere on apples sites.

My bumper was sent 25.e july and I still havnt got it delivered so I want to contact them but how? I don't want to call as live in another country and it's expensive to call to landline in England

Apple doesn't do support through e-mail.
