How do I contact apple feedback re. Mail

Apple has a website for sending feedback about their various hardware and software products: http://www.apple.com/feedback/ which is great, only one problem... I would like to send them some feedback about Mail, but for some mysterious reason this product is not listed.

So what do I do know? How can I send Apple the feedback I would like them to have?

In Mail app go to Mail > Provide Mail Feedback. It's incredibly ambiguous I know!
