What program is capable of converting DTS files to AIFF? Or SHN, FLAC, or Apples Lossless would be fine as well. I've tried itunes and Amadeus but neither will read dts files.

You could convert DTS to wav or aiff in realtime. I think that's perhaps the only way to do it. Foobar can do this in Windows. Check out this page (german) which has some tips:

This is picky to do b/c DTS can be 6.1. So you would end up with possibly having multiple .wav audio files which you would then have to mix down to stereo.

Use Audialhub. I just used it to convert the DTS files to Apple Lossless for BT's "Binary Universe" album, and it worked famously.
