How do I convince iOS to charge my AirPods Pro 3 to 100%?

I do not not not want to delay charging to 100%.

How do I convince iOS of this? (On 26.0.1)

@Ralfi You are correct - at that moment of screenshot I had just plugged them back in.

But only after swearing out loud because I wanted to take them with me FULLY CHARGED.

i would try this:
restart your phone
turn ON the charge to only 80%
after its charged to only 80 limit, i would use the AirPods a little and then switch OFF the 80% charging limit.
this should reset it all back to what you'd expect.

Isn't this setting only for the iPhone?

iirc, the AirPods battery settings only have Optimised Charge Limit toggle, as per OP screenshot.

@MareLuce, I would hard reset the iPhone & see if that fixes it.
