I do not not not want to delay charging to 100%.

How do I convince iOS of this? (On 26.0.1)

@Ralfi You are correct - at that moment of screenshot I had just plugged them back in.

But only after swearing out loud because I wanted to take them with me FULLY CHARGED.

How do I convince iOS to charge BOTH the AirPods and the case to 100% when I plug them in?

i would try this:
restart your phone
turn ON the charge to only 80%
after its charged to only 80 limit, i would use the AirPods a little and then switch OFF the 80% charging limit.
this should reset it all back to what you'd expect.

I’ll try this next time I use them past 80%.
