How do I copy a long voice memo?

This should be an easy thing, but I guess Apple doesn't want it that way. I have a long voice memo burning up space on my iphone and I don't sync my music which means I "can't include voice memos". Is there any way I can move this to my macbook pro easily without buying some additional software?

BTW, it's too big to email it to myself, so that's not an option.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
