How Do I Copy a User Account to Another Mac?

I share a computer with another user, but I'm moving out... and taking the computer with me. I need to know how to copy the other user's account, with files, preferences, everything perfectly in tact, to another Mac. It's pretty time sensitive so I'd appreciate any help I can get.

You could use the migration assistant to do what you want with a firewire cable, or via time machine.
