How do I copy my 3G FLPR Remote app to my new iPhone 4 and maintain programmed data?

I have programmed my iPhone 3G to work as a remote for multiple devices. It took awhile to custom program a lot of keys. Where does the information for this reside? In the app? In the dongle? How can I avoid having to reprogram all those keys again when I switch the app to my iPhone 4? Syncing the new phone seems to copy the app but not my programmed data.

Any help appreciated.
