How do I copy only 1 audiobook to my iphone?

I have like 5 audiobooks in iTunes, but I only want to sync 1 audiobook with my iPhone. But when I try to sync my audiobook, it only allows me to sync ALL the audiobooks, not just one of them. Is there something I'm missing?

Make a playlist with just the one book and sync to that?
