iOS How do I create a main menu for a game in swift/sprite kit?

I'm fairly new to iOS game development and I have a game that starts playing when I open it up. How do I create a main menu when the game launches, and have it transition between different scenes? Are there any tutorials that you guys can guide me to which can help me with this?
