How do I create a Mouseover or Rollover for 2 images in iWeb?

Is this possible without using Java, as I do not know how....I am CS3 capable but know nothing about websites.

In CS3, I'm not sure, but in Dreamweaver 8 there is a menu option that is something like Insert > Image > Rollover and then you pick two images.

You can delete it, or put in whatever text you want.
