I have made a few music tracks and I was wondering how I go about creating album art for my music so no matter who I send the .mp3 file to when they put it in itunes or any other music player my personal album art will show? Thanks!

Are you talking about actually creating the file in say photoshop or illustrator? Or are you talking about you have the file but you want to add it to your mp3 track ie tagging it?

I have the file and I want to add it to my mp3 track (tag it), but I want everyone to see the same image that I use for it.

well after who create the image you want put watever song you want in itunes and control+click (or double finger tap if your on a macbook) on the song and click get info from there go to the top tabs and choose artwork and then click add and choose your created image then click okay, and now your song has album art which you can visualy enjoy when in cover flow

Hope this helps!
