I've been trying for a while now and cannot seem to figure out how to create keyboard shortcuts. I want to make a shortcut that will bring up a new Safari window, no matter where I am in OS X (meaning I am not necessarily in Safari, I know the shortcut there). Can someone tell me how this can be done?

Thanks.

A great piece of shorcuts are all ready there you just have to learn them, like :apple: + tab to change aps or ctr +t to open a new safari windows, there is a program to change that but I dont know if it will work in all of your stuff, because the code would have to been written in EVERY single app so that it would work this all your apps.
I look for it in my mac when I get home (im at work)
