How do I customize Address Book field order?

Hello,

I am trying to customize address books template to display the fields in the order I want them to. I want I am trying to do is have a date be first field after name. This is for my wedding photography business. The wedding date is the second most important information other then the name of the couple on the card. Address book keeps wanting to put the date field in the middle of the other fields. Apple support says I can change the field order but does not explain how.
