How do I delete a 'sending from' email address in iOS?

Hi,

I have just noticed something a bit weird on both my iPhone and iPad in iOS 8.3.

Under Mail, Contacts, Calendars > (Advanced) Mail > Allow Sending From I have a strange email address listed as well as my correct iCloud address. The correct iCloud address is greyed out and I cannot alter the switched on behaviour of that button. The strange email address radio button can be switched on and off but how do I actually delete it?

Settings-> General-> Reset-> Reset All Settings

Thanks. I think I'll just switch it off then. I have a lot of settings altered from stock and I can't really be bothered going back through them all.
