how do I delete all items from a CS4 install?

can someone please advise. I tried a trial copy of CS4 and now want to completely delete as though it was never on my iMac running snow leopard

Use the uninstaller.

Of course the uninstaller keeps one very important file on your computer. The one that tells CS4 that you're over your 30 day trial period, so reinstalling won't work afaik.
