How do i delete app waiting to download?

There has been a grayed out app that says waiting with the empty status bar for a few days. when i hold it down to delete it starts to shake but there is no X to click to delete. How do I get rid of this? Thanks!

I don't think you can. Have you tried restarting the iPhone when it's connected to WiFi and allowing it to download? If not, download the app in iTunes then sync it to your iPhone, then delete it.

thanks when i restarted the phone with wifi on it work!!
