SO i do not have any photos in iphoto, they are all have been deleted from trash too, still when i click on About my mac i see 3.3 gb of pics, i don't know what are those. Can any one tell how to delete them

That is normal. Even with a new Mac out of the box without a single photo, that category will show two or three GB. What that is is all the images all over the system used for icons etc. They all get counted in that category as photos.
