I would like to uninstall Windows 7 on my Mac and put it on my PC. How do I get rid of Windows 7? Also, do I need to de-activate (if thats possible) Windows 7 on my Mac prior to getting rid of it? I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to computers so if you folks can give me step by step directions, I would appreciate it.

This is how I do it.
Just type in "Boot Camp Assistant" on the upper right spotlight search and when it opens click continue and then you can choose "Create or remove a Windows Partition", choose that then continue and follow what it says next.

You can't deactivate Windows, so don't worry about that. Whether that license of Windows may be able to be transferred to another PC or Mac and activated there depends largely on how you obtained Windows 7.

how can i delete/uninstall windows 7 from my mac..the problem is that i've install windows and i don't have acces to my other parts of the laptop....if i restart..is going to open windows automaticly and i don't have the cd's whit me...

To stop it booting to windows hold down 'option' / 'alt' key during boot and select your OSX disk rather than the windows disk.

To stop it doing this every boot go to your System Preferences / Start up Disk, select your OSX disk and press restart. Should then automatically boot to your OSX rather than windows.

thank you bo Duke..u safe me at-least a day of head-ices..thanks for ur help!!!!
