How do I dial this UK number from the US?

I need to call over to the UK from my cell phone in the US. The number is 020 XXXX XXXX. So I dial +44 020 XXXX XXXX on my phone, right? Just want to make sure I get it right so I don't waste international long distance charges by dialing the wrong number


BTW, before someone tells me to use Skype or a calling card since they're a lot cheaper, this is a one-time deal and shouldn't be more than a 5 or 10 minute phone call, so I'll just suck up the long distance rather than bother with the other stuff
