How do I disable hiding of Menu and Dock in Safari

I tried left clicking on the dock and disabling the auto-hide that doesn't do anything. Is there like a hidden feature somewhere in Safari to disable it, its really annoying to have the dock and menu bar hiding and not being able to do anything about it, thanks.
