iPhone 7/Plus How do I disable “I’m driving with Do Not Disturb While Driving”?

Just bought a new to me 2015 F150 with the Ford MyTouch SYNC radio. I paired my iPhone 7 to it and can receive calls (haven’t tried calling). After downloading ISO 13.0 recently, my iPhone sends the “I’m Driving DND” response if I get a text while driving (don’t remember seeing it before but maybe I never got a text while driving).

I’m not about to text while driving but is there a way to eliminate sending that response? Thanks.

If you got to settings -> do not disturb and scroll all the way down you can choose who to send it to, or none
