Do I just pop the disc in when I'm logged-in or do I have to restart with the disc in or..?

Thank you

Pop the disk in, click on install Leopard and it will restart for you. When setting up the installation one of the windows will have a customize button on the bottom left (I think it's the 3rd or 4th). Click it and choose erase and install.

Yes, but please make sure you have backed-up all your important stuff… :p

Is it better to clean install or upgrade?
OS X doesn't have any system stability like Windows does so whats the real advantage???
