What application(s) can I use to have a video chat with a Windows user? Can I use either iChat or Windows Messenger for Mac? If yes to either one, how do I do it?

Windows Messenger for Mac does not support video chat but you can use iChat with AIM to chat with a Windows user using AIM. To do this, just log in and then click on the Camera icon next to the person you want to chat with. Sometimes Windows-Mac connections don't always work so if that happens, you can use Skype which generally works the most often.

If you want to use MSN, then use an app called aMSN. It supports video. As stated above, iChat does work but it can be a bit hit or miss. Skype seems to always work for me.
